Sordahon was a Human Warrior who served as Emperor Gandohar's right-hand. He was the leader of the Myrmidae[1][2], an elite legion of super-mutant soldiers[citation needed]. Sordahon is first met during the Jail Break quest at the beginning of Two Worlds II. He attempts to kill Rogdor, but ultimately fails, and is fatally wounded by him. However, Sordahon returns as a ghostly apparition in Alsorna later in the game and seeks to battle with the Hero. Wielding a large spiked mace and a shield, Sordahon is a foe to be reckoned with.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Early Life[edit | edit source]
Hardly anything is known of Sordahon's past.
Battle of Oswaroh[edit | edit source]
Sordahon defended Emperor Gandohar against Rogdor at the Battle of Oswaroh[3]. After he successfully defended the Emperor, he was sent to kill every Orc in the Forest Camp[4]. He was very nearly felled by the Orc Zarg[5], but was saved at the last minute when Gandohar finished off the remaining Orcs.
First Death[edit | edit source]
Sordahon is killed in the prologue of Two Worlds II, by Rogdor. They engage in a swordfight, Sordahon wielding Gandohar's weapon, Valermos Sword of Fire. Rogdor is victorious, slitting Sordahon's throat.
In an early trailer from 2009, Sordahon backhands Rogdor. This backhanded slap was removed from later trailers and the final game, but can be seen on the XboxViewTV upload from November 9, 2009.[6]
Second Death[edit | edit source]
During the events of the Two Worlds II story, Sordahon is resurrected by Gandohar and shows up and seeks a fight with the hero.
The Sordahon boss fight has dialogue recordings that are not known to appear in the fight itself.[citation needed]
Physical appearance[edit | edit source]
Personality[edit | edit source]
Sordahon symbolizes pure evil, he's completely ruthless, fearfully referred to as Dark Lord Sordahon by the people of Antaloor. While he seems to prefer physical combat, he has access to dark magic.[1] In the village of Conney, while part of the Third Division, Gandohar's (which became Sordahon's months later), Sordahon ordered the murder of every villager, due to rebels hiding out there. When a little girl came up, holding a dandelion, Sordahon killed her with his knife.[7]
