About the Game[edit | edit source]
Who can you TRUST in times of TREASON?
Five years have passed since dramatic events brought the whole world to the edge of the abyss. The Hero is a prisoner in the dungeons of Gandohar's castle. His hopes of saving his sister vanished with his freedom. Just as despair threatens to overcome him, hope comes from where he would have least expected it. The Orcs, a race the hero had always hated, have put together a rescue squad that frees the hero from his bonds. He emerges into a land desecrated by evil. He embarks on a journey to shed light on Gandohar's dark past, hoping to discover a weak point in his enemy's defense. If he fails, he will lose his sister forever.
Pirates of the Flying Fortress the expansion to Winter 2011's runaway hit, Two Worlds II (over 5 million copies sold worldwide), is rife with betrayal and bloody intrigue upon the high seas. A band of fame-hungry pirates led by the legendary Captain Ed Teal has become trapped in a cursed archipelago when their ship ran aground, where they will be damned to remain forever until aided by a hero with a strong back and a (somewhat) loyal disposition.
Trust, after all, is no short sale in these cursed islands, especially not for a man tasked with finding the Treasure - an immaterial wealth said to manifest the beholder's wildest dreams.
The Velvet Game of the Year Edition contains the Two Worlds II main game as well as the expansion Pirates of the Flying Fortress!
