This is the header for a modular infobox. It provides a title, an image, and a description.

==Usage==
In a modular infobox, this should typically be placed right after [[Template:Infobox start]].

===Parameters===
* <code>name</code> - The title on top of the infobox
* <code>image</code> - The infobox image, defaults to 128x128px
* <code>wideimage</code> - An alternative image, defaults to 314x300px
* <code>size</code> - Optional. Changes the default size for either of the image parameters
* <code>description</code> - An italics description placed under the image
