Vesit Delurna, is an old horse breeder and main supplier of The Brotherhood.
Upon talking to Vesit Delurna, you will be prompted to begin a quest that requires you to kill 3 bandits hiding in a nearby cave. If you complete the quest, Vesit will give you a Horse and experience points.
