Tidar is in a small encampment outside the Outpost. He’s been cheated by one of the Brotherhood’s leader and wants revenge. To be more precise, he tells you to kill the one that pulled his leg. In order to find him, you have to finish the “Check up on the guard’s brother” quest (see below). Tidar is in a small encampment outside the Outpost. He’s been cheated by one of the Brotherhood’s leader and wants revenge. To be more precise, he tells you to kill the one that pulled his leg. In order to find him, you have to finish the “Check up on the guard’s brother” quest (see below).
