This gem adds 20% cold damage to your weapon of choice. By example if your weapon has 100 cold damage, It would add 20% of 100 to your weapon. The total amount of cold damage now is 120. this can be combined with other cold damage gem but only the cold damage ones, you can mix a 20% and a different amount of % though.
