Ghazan, is the owner of the funeral home, Last Meeting.
If you accepted the quest "Lost Head" from Lewsam the Gravedigger, he will send you to Ghazan. Here, he explains that there is a complication, and ansks you to look into the embalming room in the basement, and some strange things have been going on there.
After looking into his problem, Ghazan informs you that he has shipped the body to Hatmandor, and that you have to follow it in order to reunite the head with its body.
