Ilon Kircer is the only survivor at the Brotherhood Outpost and gives the Hero a warning not to enter the Outpost as everyone is dead due to some unknown force of magic that he believes was caused by experiments done one captive Dragons. He does not give you the quest Six Feet Under, but talking to him before you receive the quest will trigger the quest. However the quest cannot be completed as the encounter in the dungeon will not be generated, rendering the quest impossible to complete.
