When the hero comes across the Building site on the southern coast of erimos. They can see a bunch of people seemingly building something, later revealed to be a house. among the people here only Kafil can be talked to.

Mischievious Baboons.

Kafil explains that he is building a house, but that he is having problems with Baboon's stealing his tools. He offers the hero 100 auras, negotiated up to 150, to go kill all the baboon's in a nearby valley, and find the tools.

A plot revealed.

If the hero kills all the baboon's in the valley they will not see any trace of the tools. When they return to Kafil he chastises the hero for not noticing that the other people at the building site wore bandits. Pointing out their big weapons, and the ridiculousness of the baboon story meant to make the Hero suspicious since he had been threatened to get the hero to leave.

An alternative solution.

Alternatively the hero can attack the bandits, at which point they will all attack. Once the hero kills them all(Ed Hard-nose, Eddy Saw, Edmund, Edd Sicko, and Edward) Kafil thanks the hero, gives them 200 auras, and says that he now still have enough money to hire some real labourers to finish his house.
