A magical spire in [[Outworld]] on the edge of [[Teramon's Refuge]]. Initially known as 'Teramon's Tower', this monumental building was constructed (perhaps magically) by the Archmage [[Teramon]] during his lone excursions, during peaceful years predating the [[Troubles]] (near the end of the [[Age of Harmony]]).
