A settlement located in an alien realm of Outworld, it became a home for the Human and Orcish refugees from Arveran, which had to flee the island during the Troubles. It's one of three settlements visited in Shattered Embrace (and also a reputation faction).

The town was named after one of the refugees' leaders, Teramon (the other one being Gorana), who already established his tower some time before, during his solitary travelers, at the very spot where the town was erected.
