A settlement located in an alien realm of Outworld, it became a home for the Human and Orcish refugees from Arveran, which had to flee the island during the Troubles. It's one of three settlements visited in Shattered Embrace (and also a reputation faction).
The town was named after one of the refugees' leaders, Lord Teramon (the other one being Lady Gorana), who already established his tower some time before, during his solitary travelers, at the very spot where the town was erected. Since the Archmage moved to the town, the Tower itself was given to Larlandor who accompanied the refugees (and renamed accordingly).
