Walkthrough
Head towards Thome's burned house which is to the east of Bayan and south of the Old Cart Workshop.
There are two Rhinos here and three Baboons here to dispatch. Once they are taken care of, check in the three locked boxes inside the house to find the Ranger Precision Skillbook and the Scribe's Inkwell.
Head back to Thome's house. You will be confronted by Flora, the Thome's ex-wife, and given a choice:

Give Flora the Scribe's Inkwell.
