Isidore Jules III is a man who will appear in Cheznaddar (in the bar area near the teleport) if you killed Selen in the Drought quest. He will ask the Hero to meet with his employer and says they may be able to use him. Once the Hero gets to the meeting place, Isidore will say that you're "just in time" and lead you to the supposed employer. However, it turns out the whole thing was just a trap set up by Selen (her spirit) to lure the Hero to a secluded location and kill him. She and Isidore will then turn into gargoyles and try to kill the Hero.
