Valarin offers several quests that are required to advance the story. He is a city guard that appears in Cheznaddar after speaking to the City Guard by the Hatmandor gates. He later moves to where the City Guard is and ultimately ends up in the Hatmandor barracks.

Valarin is the commander of the Cheznaddar Guard. He offers several quests that are required to advance the story. He appears in Cheznaddar (near where the teleport is at the bar area) after speaking to the city guard by the Hatmandor gates. After you have spoken to [[Jarrad]] as part of his first quest, he can be found in front of the Hatmandor gates. Finally, he ends up in the Hatmandor barracks.
