Travel to the Drak'ar Desert and do the quest "The dragon Whisperer". Once you find out what you need to do travel to the Burnt Forest, west of Gor Gammar or through the pass south of Drak'ar. Go through the forest, and towards the end of it, you’ll find a big nest of dragon eggs. Alternatively, you can skip the dragon whisperer quest and grab the relic.
