Walkthrough[edit | edit source]
Head downstairs from Basel and you should see Old Yerske standing next to the rail on the way out. Talk with him.
Follow Yerske out of Under the Influence.
Follow Yerske to the Hatmandor Sewers entrance then wait for a message to "descend" into the sewers. Once given the message, enter the sewers. Follow Yerske until he stops and have a short conversation with him.
Head to the right and crouch behind the barrels. The chest here has an Earth Mastery Skillbook but you can get it later. The Contractor and his Thug attack.
Defeat them both.
Talk to Yerske. He tells you he needs a Precious Gemstone.
Search The Contractor's body to find the Precious Gemstone as well as the Defensive Thrust Skillbook.
Talk to Yerske.
Exit the sewers the same way you came in (follow Yerske) and talk to Basel to complete the quest.
