Island of the Mists is a small island on the Lake of the Lost in the eastern part of the island on Tebris. It can be explored in Call of the Tenebrae, although it doesn't take part in the main story.
The island can only be explored if the Hero manages to convince Caleb to help him reach it; and only there a final piece of the blade of Dorchad the Dreamer (for Victor's ultimate quest) can be obtained. The island is inhabited by vampire-like creatures (also appearing in other Dorchad-related quest), which makes it quite a dangerous place.
