Baramir was a Human Lord Archmage of the Triumvirate of Arveran, a member of the Second Triumvirate, as well as Lorren's son. He decided to abadon the sunken ruins of Lorrendar and ordered his subordinates to join the construction of the common capital of all three races instead, Shadinar.
