Jonas Vanderbilt is a son of Ebenezer Vanderbilt. During the Hero's presence on Tebris, he resides in New Ashos as a student; he is referenced in Call of the Tenebrae, although he can't be met in person.
Later, Jonas appears in person on one of the maps of the adventure mode in Echoes of the Dark Past. He's found captured and can be freed from his cell.
