Antaloor, is the world that the Two Worlds series takes place in. The world appears to primarily consist of island continents, separated by vast oceans and waterways.

Games

Two Worlds

Two Worlds takes place on a large, unnamed continent simply referred to as Antaloor in-game. It's surrounded entirely by mountains on three sides, with mostly inhospitable geography on the North East, East, South East, and Southern sides of the continent. The Northwestern section of the continent is also extremely mountainous, petering out into a flatter landscape the further south it goes.

Two Worlds II

Two Worlds II takes place on the islands of Elkronas, Alsorna, Eollas and Erimos, and various unnamed islands and islets both near the larger landmasses and in the open ocean.

Pirates of the Flying Fortress

The Ublaryak Peninsula consists of the major islands Tarnor, Sauwok, Angilak's Hump, and Kanger, with numerous unnamed islands, islets, and coves scattered about.

Globe Map

An Antaloor Globe Map from Two Worlds II.

Throughout Two Worlds II is a globe featuring a supposed map of Antaloor. While the map gives an idea of the layout of Antaloor, it can't be considered canon. It doesn't feature the islands or continents from the Ublaryak Peninsula and the islands of Elkronas, Alsorna, Eollas, and Erimos are different sizes and shapes with inaccurate roads, and names. Additionally, Tebris is said to be a southern island, one of several, according to Da Pha's Letter, and it too isn't found on the map.

If you overlay the maps for Two Worlds and Two Worlds II, the Two Worlds II map doesn't line up well at all. The small island just off the point of Eikronas is not only much smaller, but it's also an entirely different shape.

Examples

The island that would become Eikronas has text that looks suspiciously like Thalmont.

Speculation

With the city of New Ashos and a desiccated husk of a city named Ashos, it can be speculated that the Two Worlds II lands were originally intended to be a re-imagining of the lands from Two Worlds.
