Founders is a collective term used for three key figures of Arveran's history: a Human mage Lorren, an Orcish warlord Gromsh and an Elven druid named Dalnir. The three founded the Triumvirate of Arveran and later formed its ruling body, formally known as the First Triumvirate. Their story is an important part of lore in Shattered Embrace DLC.
In-game[edit | edit source]
During the Age of Reconstruction, after Shadinar was build by the members of the Second Triumvirate, the Founders were immortalized in a form of a monument, depicting them embracing one another. It was erected on the Square of the Founders, named in their honor. However, after the Troubles the monument was partially dismantled, as Humans and Orcs were no longer seen in a positive light by the Elves that now became the sole occupants of the city. Toppled statues of Gromsh and Lorren were removed from Shadinar and left on the small island on Averian River.
