Caleb is a bandit, ex-member of Lawrence Lexington's organization in New Ashos and later a chief of an unspecified criminal organization, active in various parts of Antaloor.
He's met by the Hero on Tebris during the early stages of the main quest of the Call of the Tenebrae. Later, he serves as a side quest giver, at one point allowing the Hero to work as his personal assassin. The ultimate goal of Caleb's gang on Tebris is capturing an irenite mine near Dorchad through provoking miners to strike and eliminating mine's owner Ebenezer Vanderbilt in the process, so the mine could be legally parchused from his son, Jonas.
