Stone Golem
Made of stone, as indicated by the name. It is not effected by slashing damage, and lightning damage has little effect. For a more complete description, see Stone Golem. this monster just like the stone dragon has a very hard defense, an achievment is awarded for defeating one of these monsters in the first game.
Wood Golem
Made of wood, often found on the banks of rivers, usually near forests. Like trees, they are prone to slashing damage.
Flesh Golem
Arguable the weakest golem type, and by far the most numerous. They are quite common in the region north of Gor Gammar, south of Cathalon, and west of the Dead Woods.
Steel Golem
Though simply referred to as 'golems' in game, these are the largest and strongest of the golems. They are immune to all types of basic weapons, and can only be harmed by effects, the most potent of which are fire and lightning. A pair of steel golems can be found north of the Enclave, while over a dozen more inhabit the island to the southwest of Ashos.
