Tower of Dalnir is one of the ancient structures on Arveran that originally formed Stone Crown. It still stands in the southern part of Tar-Dalnir ruins. It can be visited in Shattered Embrace DLC.
Originally it was a seat of power of Lord Dalnir that ruled his Elven domain in Sharrean Forest from it during the Age of Heroes. It's initial function was guarding the Gate of Dalnir.
Although apparently it survived an ancient siege that destroyed the city, it was abandoned during the Age of Reconstruction, when Dalnir's son Galadir decided to move to Shadinar (to rule from his new tower in the Palace of Hope). Only it's underground vault can be explored, in order to obtain the Seeing Stone of Gromsh.
