Air Mastery	Found in the chest in your room in the Alsorna Interiors.
Defensive Thrust	Found in a chest in the Hatmandor Sewers during The Escort quest. The quest doesn't have to be active to get it.
Dirty Trick	On the ground in the Prophet's Chamber. It is along the wall to the northeast.
Distraction Arrow	On the shelf in the cache that you enter during The Package quest.
Fire Arrow	On the desk in Nortar's room of the Alsorna Interiors.
Ice Arrow	On the floor in the Cheznaddar armory. You enter this building during Getting to Hatmandor.
Quick Draw	Found in a chest next to the gate to Queens Crossroad.
Ranger Precision	In the same chest as the Scribe's Inkwell in the Scribe's Inkwell quest.
Sorcery Artisan	Reward for completing The Delivery. Found upstairs in The Society Mages Guild.
Starting Draw	Received for completing The Escort quest.
Talented Tongue	Found upstairs in The Society Mages Guild.
Water Mastery	Collected during the Left behind quest. In a locked chest in a corner of the Cheznaddar armory. You enter this building during Getting to Hatmandor.
Weapon Forging	On the top level of the lighthouse near Halhin.
Wisdom	On the first floor of Jarrad's house, through the door on the left.
