Victor (full name: 'Victor the Boot') is a special arms dealer met in Call of the Tenebrae. He resides in the tavern in Dorchad, serving both as a trader and a quest donor.

Initially, he's the only person to which the Hero can sell irenite crystals (since trading them is illegal, no other merchant would trade them) that can be obtained around the island (including the mine). Later on, he becomes a trader of exotic weaponry (otherwise unobtainable). He also offers quests.

The Hero utilizes Victor's help several times during solving the quests of other characters. He can repair a crossbow of Sternok the Strong; he's the provider of the swords that Gillscar and his miners need to deal with their employer's mercenary; he's also the person which offers the option of betraying them (allowing the player to change the initial choice, and watch the different ending of mine-related story line).

Victor's real purpose on the island is revealed late in the game, when he asks the Hero to collect for him three pieces of the sword of Dorchad the Dreamer (the founder of the town).
