Sand Dragons are by far the easiest of the dragons. They do not require much to kill, even if you are only level 20. A few small healing potions suffice for this large creature. Also, as a bonus, for two of the locations in which the sand dragons are, there are Healing Places right next to them. Simply stand there, and cast away with spells or arrows, making him stop. Keep doing this, and he wil be dead soon. Melee is another way to kill a Dragon. I prefer a slashing sword on the Sand Dragon, as i feel it works better. If you are not sure, i would wear a Slashing Weapon in one hand, while a Bludgening Weapon in the other.
