Tongue is part of the local crime syndicate in Hatmandor. He will approach the Hero outside Under the Influence after Basel's final quest is completed. The name "Tongue" probably comes from the fact that he speaks for his leader, Mirage, rather than Mirage appearing himself. When it comes to combat, Tongue is no amateur, as he strikes hard and can take multiple hits. Ironically enough, he turns out to be stronger than Mirage himself (though that may not be so suprising once his true identity is known).
