Jar is one of the guards in the Enlightened’s mansion, a few steps North from Gorelin. He will tell you about hunted dwarven ruins South of the village. Just follow the path South of Gorelin and you will find them. You don’t have to search through the ruins to complete this quest (but it’s quite worth the trouble, even despite large numbers of undead enemies).
