This quest is actually very easy. But first you have to complete the quest about the family ring in Covengor. You will be asked to talk to a mage in Covengor (he is a Necromancer, of course). He will ask you for 20 shoots of taint in total for a series of nacro-summon spells. All the taint can be found in graveyards.
