Oswaroth is the first of five Defense Mode quests for the Defense DLC for Two Worlds II. General Rogdor is leading an assault on the throne room of Oswaroh. The player(s) are tasked with defending Emperor Gandohar from the attacking Orcs. There are 10 total waves of Orcs, Gandohar's HP will be restored slightly between waves.
Chapter I -- Oswaroth

Defend your Emperor!
- As the great battle of Oswaroth rages on and Gandohar's forces clash with the Orc army the Emperor awaits the outcome deep within Castle Vahkmaar. Unbeknownst to him, an elite Orc strike squad, led by the legendary Rogdor, made it past the defenses and is now but steps away from the throne room.
- As the vicious bloodletting at the battle of Oswaroth unfolds, Orc hordes hammer relentlessly at Emperor Gandohar's defenses. The Emperor himself oversees his strategy from the safety of Oswaroth's throne room. However, unbeknown to him an elite reconnaissance mission is well under way by the Orcs, led by the great General Rogdor, whose forces have just slipped past the fortress;s defenses and are mere footsteps from the throne room. Take up arms and defend your emperor.

- Congratulations!
You've subverted the assassination attempt on the Emperor's life. Now is the time to launch a critical counterattack. Gandohar's forces are rallying to strike back at the Orc army outside the castle, but first one crucial mission must be executed...

- The quest log mentions Castle Vahkmaar. The level is named Oswaroth and the level takes place at Oswaroh, which is on a separate continent from Castle Vahkmaar. Castle Vahkmaar wasn't conquered until after this campaign was over.
