Quest to get the Relic Frame
Ultar wants you to find proof that house Skelden is working against the king. The proof can be found in Sano Moon’s house at the Excavations. Right on the floor in there you’ll see “counterfeit”. Take it back to Ultar In order to finish this quest and gain access to Relic Frame – the artifact you must obtain in order to advance in the main quest.
HINT: Sano Moon’s house seem to be open only if you have decent reputation among the Skeldens.
HINT: Completing this quest finishes the Karga vs Skelden questline and thus prevents you from completing any more Skelden quests.
