This is an Xbox 360 achievement. It is worth 5 Gamerscore.

To achieve this easily, go directly to Qudinar. Once you have found it, complete as many quests as possible to gain the nesessary 5,000 gold it will cost to gain these skills from the trainers located on the island. It is possible to learn over ten skills in this fashion.
It is important to note that you can utilize cheats to gain the necessary funds, and then use this gold to pay the trainers. This is one of the few ways to use cheats in order to obtain an achievement, if indirectly.
