- 1 Mana Saver = 20% cost decrease
- 2 Mana Savers = 30% cost decrease
- 3 Mana Savers = 38% cost decrease
- 4 Mana Savers = 44% cost decrease
- 5 or more Mana Savers = 50% cost decrease
