Template:Quest Harban gives you this quest once you approach him in the Excavations. Head to the location on the map (red dot) by heading south from the Excavations through the pass. There are about six Silver Wolves in the "den." Disposing of them grants you 1 Skill Point. Once you go back to tell Harban of your success, he rewards you with gold and XP.
