Template:Character TW2 Washed up Joe is a man who, as his name states, is all washed up. He can always be found hanging around the dice table in Bayan. He is a former gambler that came into a map he is willing to sell to the Hero for the right price (100 auras). If you don't accept his offer the first time, you can always return later and he'll still be willing to sell it to you.
