Mirage is the current leader of the local crime syndicate in Hatmandor. His nickname probably comes from the fact that almost no one, save a select few, have ever actually seen him. Rather than appearing himself, he is represented by a man called Tongue. His True Identity becomes apparent once you finish the Maliel's Tear questline.
