Iocus Munduo is an odd fellow located inside [[Under the Influence]] tavern in [[Hatmandor]] (main room, on the right balcony after entering the tavern). He speaks in a very medieval dialect. The Hero responds by acting both confused and later on almost mocking him, stating he is not right in the head, and leaving him alone.

Iocus Munduo's overly thick dialect might be a reference to the original Two Worlds, in which most of the NPC's and the Hero himself, spoke in an almost similar although much lighter dialect. It was often a subject to much mockery from both reviewers and players alike on the internet, as to many, it seemed the voice actors over-did the dialect to the point of being ridiculous.

Trivia

His overly thick medieval dialect is most likely a reference to the first Two Worlds game. Almost all of the NPC's and the hero himself spoke in a similar manner, although it was much lighter. It was often mocked by both reviewers and players alike. To many, it seemed that the voice actors had over-done the dialect to the point of sounding ridiculous.
