Template:Character TW2 Iocus Munduo is an odd fellow located inside Under the Influence tavern in Hatmandor (in the main room, on the right balcony after entering the tavern). He speaks in a very strange medieval dialect that makes almost no sense. The Hero responds by acting confused and mocking him, stating he is not right in the head.
