The Second Triumvirate was the ruling body of Triumvirate of Arveran during the Age of Reconstruction and is an important part of Shattered Embrace lore. As all others, it consisted of the Archmage, the General and the Archdruid: Lord Baramir, Lord Ulzag and Lord Galadir. All three were sons of the Founders (the members of the First Triumvirate) that fell during the Tenebrae Invasion.
The main task the new Triumvirate took upon itself was to provide shelter for the three populations that used to dwell in now-destroyed cities of Lorrendar, Gromshar and Tar-Dalnir. The solution they found was to build a new, common city, that became a Triumvirate's capital, named Shadinar.

During the events of Shattered Embrace many buildings in the capital still bears the names of the Second Triumvirate members. Three towers they built for themselves in the Palace of Hope is one example; three Ancient Villas erected to house their families (growing with each generation) was another.
