Draft:Two Worlds:A Dragon Scale

This lower level quest is given by the mage Daron Moreti, located within Tharbakin City. You'll find him at the very North-end of the "vendors row" (check your map) then....to the LEFT inside small squared off area in the back row of columns, middle section. Basically, after exchanging dialogue with him, agree to "secure" the Dragon Scale for his experiment.   Once done speaking w/him, leave Tharbakin via the multiple options you have (like walking, horseback or teleporting to the nearest teleport (Rusty Ogre Teleport) nearest the Brotherhood Camp which is NNE on your map, OR using the map provided on this wiki page location is 1G, from Tharbakin ) you'll be traveling on the road in front of teleport going EAST past the 1st Brotherhood Camp and you'l be "dealing" with several bandits on this road as well.   Continue along this route (walking or horseback) and you'll pass a man on your left (can speak w/him, not required just yet, he'll have a job for you later involving the 1st Camp).  

Continue short distance and you'll eventually position your character in front of gate, where you'll have to "bribe" the guard there for passage within their camp.  Once inside, proceed directly on the pathway leading to the 2nd set of gates that lead you to the "Experimental Facility" at top of hill.  You'll first talk to a guard there (prior to going thru gate) whom asks you to please locate is brother up in that Facility Area.....agreed to this and proceed up the pathway, where you'll "bump into" an excitable man whom has just ran from the Facility, he goes on to claim it is extremely scary and needs to "get away" and states, they experimented on Dragons.   Once you've questioned him and depart, proceed up this pathway and you'll run into a Society Member who gives you warning about continuing to stay in that area.   Just listen to him, when done.........go about your business in locating couple (2) white dragon scales on your right within the former Dragon Holding bays.  One is located nearby and the other I believe is on opposite side of this local area....just scout around.  

After securing the 2 White Dragon Scales......and assessing the immediate area, proceed onward to the "rear back open area" that will lead your character up some stairs and into the Dungeon.   Once inside, be advised of the presence of multiple Skeletons within the immediate area the do not want you alive.  After "wasting" these jokers....proceed to "scout the area" and you'll bump into several holding cell areas and eventually find and locate the "cell" where you'll speak to a Brotherhood Member whose gotten himself locked within a prisoner cell.  He explains his situation and that he needs a "lock-pick" in which to "free himself".  He also tells you the young soldiers name that is lying on the floor dead..........(you suddenly realize) this is the "Guards" brother you spoke to earlier.........so sad:(  Once you've given the man behind the locked door the lock-pick, he frees himself and you go into "verify" the man on the floor.

Upon exiting this Dungeon you'll be faced with multiple "skeletons" to either run from or "take em out" the hard way.  After your fight or flight, proceed to the next adjasoned area to "rummage and loot" a couple of open domiciles there.  Once done here.........leave this Experimental Facility and return below to the Brotherhood Camp and once thru huge gate.....find and share whar you've learned with the Guard regarding his brothers plight.  Once done, can either go back out to "talk w/the guy" standing on side of road in front of his Camp (to secure another small local Quest) OR just return to Teleport Station via ( Rusty Ogre Teleport) and return to Tharbakin and ultimately to the Mage Daron Moreti for your reward, skill/experience points.   Nice Job.........!!
