Reist Tungard is the leader of the secret organization which is holding the hero's sister prisoner (events at the beginning of the story would seem to point to this). This organization's objectives are shrouded in mystery - but they probably have something to do with the legacy of the hero's family. Reist Tungard is an unrelenting, brutal opponent whose objectives must be thwarted if you want to free Kira. Reist is a very accomplished and powerful magician, being able to change his form into a Demonic shape to battle.
