In order to get this quest, you must have at least 1 point of reputation with Giriza. Keshi gives you a vague explanation of what you have to do: find a group of bandits who are in possession of a dwarven artifact and get it back. This quest is best done together with “Disposable tools” that you can find at the Excavations. When you get back the artifact, take it to Keshi and collect your reward.
Note: Finch must be spared in Disposable tools in order to complete this quest.
