Stag Horn Tower is located north of the Excavations, east of Tharbakin, and southeast of Goat's Cave on top of a tall hill. The easiest way to get there is to follow the red path south from Goat Cave and take the unmarked gravel path to the right. If you reach the Magic Source, you've gone too far.
Stag Horn Tower cannot be entered but it has a locked chest sitting outside guarded by a lone Cyclops. Additionally, there is the Hilltop Teleport and a Magic Source nearby.
