Ghortarius can't finish rebuilding the bridge until the Necis have been dispatched. As a consequence of dispatching the Necris, you are stuck in a dungeon and must find a way out.
This quest disappears from the quest log when it is completed.
Walkthrough[edit | edit source]
Head towards the stairs that you ran down upon arriving in this area. You will eventually see an open door on your right that was previously locked. Go through it and pick up the Nature Of Magic In Antaloor book off the shelf. Contine around the corner and the quest will update:
Pick up the Water Mastery Skillbook off the ground in front of the bookcase.
Open your inventory, go to the "Items" tab (the center tab of the inventory), and click on the Water Mastery Skillbook to learn Water Mastery.
The "Ice - Effect" card can be hard to spot but it is very close to where the skillbook was found.
Open the inventory and select the "Magic" tab (the right-most tab). Click on the "Fire Bolt" amulet to open it for editing. Click on "Fire - Effect" in the center to remove it. Click the now open effect area and select "Ice - Effect." Close the amulet by clicking on the check button and then close the inventory.
Use your Ice Bolts magic against the Tulok. It will take multiple bolts to bring it down.
The quest is now complete and The Prophet quest picks up where it left off.
