Old Yerske is found inside Under the Influence in Hatmandor. He is involved in a couple of quests for Basel. One might expect at first glance for him to be nothing more than a feeble old man. However, he actually has a dirty little secret. At some point, he reveals to you (or rather you do to him) that he is actually Mirage, the infamous crime lord of Hatmandor.
