Walkthrough[edit | edit source]
Valarin is in the building straight ahead, inside the building, from the main enterance to Hatmandor. It should be noted that you can enter the building he is in from the North or from the South. Regardless which direction you enter from, you'll need to head West through through the structure to find Valarin's office. Speak with him.
