Version Differences (Demo) denotes differences between the demo and the full release of Two Worlds. For patch updates, see: Patches and Updates

  • The Xbox 360 version boots up with the Two Worlds logo featuring the word demo and the main menu has the word demo flashing.
    • Note: This needs to be checked against the update on PC.

Starting Point[edit | edit source]

The demo starts the player on a hill just north of Komorin. Throglin's Temple is out of reach and thus Tago has been cut as well as the rest of the usual intro.

Lake Teleport[edit | edit source]

The Teleport in the middle of the lake between Komorin and Covengor has 2 pathways. In the demo, the noth pathway is above water and the south path is submerged. In the final version of the game, the opposite is true.

Komorin[edit | edit source]

Aside from missing NPCs, Komoirin features some additional scenery not present in the final game.

Girlut Warnold[edit | edit source]

Girlut Warnold is an obese, balding bartender who can be found in Komorin. In the demo, he doesn't have a name and is the only NPC to not have one.

Quest NPCs[edit | edit source]

Most of the quest NPCs have been removed from Komorin or repurposed as they normally send the player out of the city limits.

Most of the NPCs in Komorin use random names. The select few who don't are:

Story[edit | edit source]

The story of the demo ends after talking to Gandohar, Reist, and Kira several times. When Gandohar sends the player off to Ho to get help with discovering the locations of lost Relic pieces, the demo ends the gameplay session.

PC vs. Xbox 360[edit | edit source]

  • The PC version allows players to save and even features an autosave.

Demo Update[edit | edit source]

The updated demo features the green that replaced the original white cursor on the map.
