- Joystiq has reported on IGN's "un-preview" of Two Worlds. Joystiq: Two Worlds: Oblivion with Live co-op.[2][3]
- January 10, 2007 - Two Worlds, Two Worlds: The Temptation
- According to a GameStop product page, Two Worlds - The Temptation will be appearing on the PS3 in October. They currently have the Xbox 360 release set for March, and PC in May. However, according to Brendan Sinclair they have a known tendency to use "placeholder" (made-up) release dates instead of confirmed release dates.[4]

- Two Worlds has a confirmed worldwide release date of May 9. There seems to be confusion regarding the "MMO" aspect. "According to IGN and 1UP, only the PC version will be an MMO and the 360 version will remain restricted to 8 players. Other sources, however, maintain that both versions will make the MMO jump. Meanwhile, the official Two Worldswebsite makes no distinction between the two versions."[31]

- Guy Cocker of Gamespot has done a write-up of Two Worlds after getting to play a prototype build of the game. Blood and the swimming animations are reportedly still placeholders, and the horse-riding mechanic seems to need some tweaking. The game was created by a team of 50 people over the course of a year and a half, with more than 200 actors doing voice work.[43]

- May 2, 2007 - Two Worlds Giveaway
- The online magazine Zocker Heaven is holding a competition. You can win five swords and five Two Worlds Royal Editions. The only requirement for participation is a free registration on their site. The one meter long swords made of unsharpened stainless steel were designed by the well-known fantasy sword designer Kit Rae.[45][46]

- The Xbox 360 port of Two Worlds has been delayed indefinitely.[46] A new release date has not yet been set. Unfortunately, the publisher is not allowed to give reasons for the postponement. The internal development of the console version went smoothly, and the final product quality leaves something to be desired, as an article in the current issue 5/07 of 360 LIVE magazine confirms.[45]

- Contrary to previous information, the self-control entertainment software Two Worlds gave an age rating of 12 years and over on May 3. This applies to both the PC and the console version.[45]

- ['Editor's Note:' This is an extremely confusing interview. It's not entirely clear if it's referring to Two Worlds or Two Worlds The Temptation. It sounds like Two Worlds, with the Xblades references as well, which was released in November 2007. However, the earliest archive of the Inside Two Worlds page was on August 25, 2008 ,and the post date of the thread simply says "4 Weeks Ago" which is the source of the confusion.]
